This stylish, single-level 2-bedroom vacation apartment measures approximately 55 m² and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is located in a quiet, yet central location in Westerland on Sylt, just a few steps behind the dunes. Enjoy the proximity to the beach and Westerland’s lively downtown area.

The bright living room is furnished with a cozy pull-out sofa bed (180x200 cm) and a TV. Direct access leads you to the garden, where a shared sun deck with a beach chair awaits for relaxing moments outdoors.

**OPEN KITCHEN FOR CULINARY MOMENTS**
The modern, open kitchen features an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker, and is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. The adjacent dining table seats up to four people.

**PEACEFUL NIGHTS IN THE COMFORTABLE BEDROOM**
The bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a TV. You can also step directly into the garden from the bedroom, allowing you to start your day in a relaxed manner.
