On the upper floor, you’ll find a hallway leading to the rooms. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with oven function, a dishwasher, an espresso machine (Nespresso), a drip coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. Adjacent to the open-concept kitchen is the living and dining area. Here you’ll find a dining table, sofa, and TV. From here, you have access to the furnished balcony. On the upper floor is one of the two bedrooms, featuring a double bed and a closet, as well as the bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and washer-dryer combo, and an additional guest restroom. A staircase leads to the attic of the vacation rental, where you’ll find the second spacious bedroom with sleeping accommodations for two. A parking space is available at the house.
