The Steffi vacation rental is located close to both the city and the beach. Through your own front door on the first floor, you enter the entryway with a coat closet. From there, a staircase leads you to the first floor of the apartment, where the living and dining area with a sofa and TV is located. From here, you have access to the west-facing balcony with patio furniture. The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen (air fryer, Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and electric kettle) adjoins the living and dining area. From there, you have access to the bedroom with a double bed, TV, and closet, as well as to the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. A staircase leads to the attic of the vacation rental, where you’ll find the second bedroom with a bunk bed and another bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. A parking space is available on the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental.
