This absolutely central yet quiet 1-bedroom vacation apartment (40 sqm, 3rd floor, no elevator), located near the beach and featuring a sunny south-facing balcony, is modern, wonderfully bright, and welcoming. The living/dining/sleeping area has been designed with exclusive materials and white built-in cabinetry. You enter the vacation apartment through a small hallway leading to a tastefully appointed kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine). The living and sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm), a dining area by the window, a cozy sofa, an armchair, a hi-fi system, and a large flat-screen/smart TV. The modern bathroom features a Raindance shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. From the wonderfully sunny balcony (with a table and two comfortable chairs) and from the dining area, you can see the dunes to the right; a small glimpse of the North Sea perfectly rounds out the view.
It’s only about 100 meters to the beach access point with the Sunset Beach beach bistro, located right on the beach promenade. Here you can enjoy romantic sunsets. You can reach Friedrichstraße in Westerland on foot in just 3 minutes.
The Syltness Center and its swimming pool are also within sight. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

The vacation rental’s central location makes it ideal for traveling by train.

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these tickets to travel throughout the entire island during your stay. Free duplex parking space No. 12 is available in the building’s underground garage for vacation rental No. 13. The underground garage can be opened with the standard apartment key.
Please note the maximum vehicle dimensions: length max. 4.90 m / height max. 1.50 m / weight max. 2,000 kg. For larger vehicles, parking is available directly in front of the building (for a fee) or on the side streets in the immediate vicinity (free of charge).

The instructions for the duplex parking system must be strictly followed, and use of the parking space is at your own discretion and risk. You will receive the parking instructions in a separate email.
