Ein toller Bungalow... zwar klein aber mit Wohlfühlfaktor...

Pros: Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mitten im Garten steht der Bungalow und man hat mehr oder weniger den Garten für sich alleine. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. 5 Minuten zu laufen bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Zum Wald ca 5 Minuten, der sehr gepflegt ist weil die meisten Hundehalter auch die überall angebotenen Hundebeutel benutzen... man läuft bequem 15 Minuten zum Hundestrand oder nach Westerland rein. Ca. 25 Minuten nach Wenningstedt. Einkäufe lassen sich ideal in der nähe erledigen. An der alten Post gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten Edeka. Gegenüber einen Waschsalon. Oder der Nahkauf hinterm Wäldchen in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einen Netto, Lidl oder Aldi Nord gibt es für den Preiswerten Einkauf in Tinnum. Tinnum ist mit dem Bus erreichbar oder ca. 4km entfernt... Das Haus ist sehr Hunde freundlich und es gab auf dem Gelände auch Hundekumpels zum spielen. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder weil es ideal für uns war. Cons: Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen muss man selber mitbringen. Im Haus keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Aber wie gesagt es gibt einen Waschsalon in 15 Gehminuten Entfernung... eine Maschinenwäsche inkl Trockner kostet ca 10 € in der Zeit des waschens kann man bequem einkaufen gehen. Es war ein lautes Kleinkind in der 2 Woche da... ansonsten ist es Traumhaft schön...
