Access to the apartment is wheelchair-accessible. There is an elevator that also leads to the basement and the underground parking garage, where a parking space for the vacation rental is located. The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with two single beds (fold-out beds), two small sofas, a dining area with a corner bench and a chair, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player. The apartment also features a kitchenette separated by a glass door, equipped with a microwave, a two-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and dishes and cutlery.
