A dream under a thatched roof! This 5-star Frisian house, built in 1745 and fully renovated in 2025, spans approximately 200 m² and accommodates up to 7 guests, offering you absolute exclusivity in the heart of Tinnum. The location is the perfect starting point for exploring both the picturesque meadows of Tinnum and the island in all directions. On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled, open-concept living and dining area complete with a fully equipped country-style kitchen, perfect for cooking together and relaxing. A double bedroom (200x200 cm) with an en suite bathroom and a guest restroom are also located on the first floor. The upper floor features two additional spacious double bedrooms (200x220 cm) with modern built-in closets that offer plenty of storage space for a vacation on Sylt. Each bedroom has its own natural-light shower room, one of which is equipped with a sauna—the perfect place to relax. The separate room, complete with a spacious desk, is ideal for a home office. It also features a single bed (120x200 cm) for an additional guest. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs to provide you with entertainment and comfort. The south-facing terrace with an adjoining garden and a beach chair (seasonal) invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. In addition, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a washer and dryer are available for your use. Pets are warmly welcome here, so your four-legged friend can feel right at home, too. Spend your days exploring the charming island of Sylt and round off your evening with a cozy get-together in front of the fireplace.
