This extensively renovated 2-room apartment on the upper floor (ground level, approx. 60 m²) is centrally located, about a 5-minute walk from the beach and Westerland’s downtown area.

The light-filled apartment, decorated in red and white, features an open, loft-style layout. Next to the bedroom, which features a double box-spring bed (2×80 cm x 200 cm), is the spacious living room with a 50-inch smart TV, an electric fireplace, and two sofas. A room divider allows you to easily separate the bedroom from the living area.

You’ll also find the well-equipped kitchen here, complete with everything your heart desires: from a Nespresso machine and a microwave with grill function to a dishwasher and cleverly integrated storage space. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with an extra-large shower.

Additionally, there is a small terrace at the entrance to the house with a small bench and a small table.

Unfortunately, the apartments at Villa Frische Brise do not have their own parking spaces, but you can park for free in one of the side streets right next to the building. There are approximately 15–20 spaces available here; otherwise, there is also a public parking lot (Johann Möller Str parking lot) directly in front of the entrance to Villa Frische Brise, though this does incur a fee.
