No professionalism

I had make call to the hotel before booked as well as after booked the rooms. Unfortunately the Hotel Stuffs denied so I had to pay extra. Hotel stuffs are not professional how to behave with Guests. Looks like the Hotel stuffs are not aware how hotels.com or this kind of online booking site work.
