Cozy and serene property in a spacious rural setting away from roadways. Tenants have their own private parking pad that comfortably fits 2 vehicles. The basement apartment is entirely self contained and private from the rest of the residence. We are a family with 2 elementary school age kids and 2 dogs, so it is not silent during the daytime, but we will always be respectful of your schedule and needs. We have a peaceful, open property to enjoy when the weather is nice. Many outdoor attractions nearby including the breathtaking Piney Run Park, Liberty and Loch Raven Reservoirs, and the entire Patapsco Valley River Basin. The local small town of Sykesville offers many fun shops, eateries, live music on the weekends, farmers markets, and festivals. There are numerous wineries and breweries nearby as well.
