Nestled along the tranquil shores of Maianbar, just under an hour from Sydney Airport, Fisherman’s Cottage offers breathtaking views and serenity.
Wake up to the soothing sound of waves lapping against the shore and feel the salty breeze flowing. Step out onto your private deck to enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises over the sparkling waters.
You’ll love Fisherman’s Cottage just as much as we do and once you arrive, you may never want to leave.
The cottage is located on the water’s edge, featuring a private sandstone seawall and steps leading into the bay, overlooking Fisherman’s Bay and the Royal National Park. The bay is tidal allowing you to explore around to Maianbar sand bar or at high tide the water will lap against the sea wall.
The Fisherman’s Cottage is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a lovely weekend or week-long stay for a couple. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed with all the necessary cooking equipment. The downstairs bedroom has its own deck with views from the queen bed across Fisherman’s bay.
ACCESS:
• Inside the cottage, the stairs to the bedroom are steep (see photos). They are similar to boat-style stairs and should be descended backwards. Please consider this when booking to ensure it suits your needs to avoid any issues.
• Access to the house is via stairs past the garage, followed by a slightly sloping path.
• There are also stairs leading down to the seawall and bay access.
Parking is available in the driveway for your convenience.
