The room was spotless no problem at all. Reception offered to do things without myself asking. The kids loved the lollipops and colouring activity pack on arrival. My birthday felt extra special with the celebrate card and acknowledgement of my birthday celebration. My husband enjoyed the service at the pool on level 29. The concept of having the indoor pool 24/7 is a great idea. Everyone was really friendly I can’t fault anything.

The room was not ready on check in which on a one night stay meant a reduced use if facilities which were the major reason for choosing this establishment. Also for a relatively newer building the cleanliness was definitely below acceptable. The bathroom was full of mould. The bath unusable because of the buildup. On a posiirive the pool was great as well as the view

The staff were super accomidating and so friendly. Fantastic amenities and the room was 100% comfort. Id do away with the shark on the bed, was kinda old looking worn and gross stains. I also didnt love the LED light switches as i couldnt work out how to turn them off at night. But other than that. Wonderful stay!

Room was very nice and spacious. Kitchen and laundry machines were appreciated. It's a great stay, if not the most luxurious and best serviced 5-star in Sydney. It's good value at the rate we paid but this was less than normal rates. Room service food was decent value but the menu is small. My only complaint is that the lobby is too small, noisy, and crowded. You can't get the ground floor from the room lifts, so you're forced to walk across it each time. Valet parking took 25 minutes to retrieve the car so be sure to tell them well in advance when you need it. It's also expensive.

Reception staff were great. Room was lovely. Great view. Rooftop bar closes at 11 and the bar on floor 30 closes at 10.30. Not sure why it closes so early as it’s a great spot !! Breakfast was terrible. Everything cold and even the eggs which were cooked to order were cold. The sourdough “toast” was not cooked, coffee was awful however there is a nice selection of options. We had to go backdown stairs to reactivate our key to get back to our room. Very annoying!

Breakfast way too busy. Over subscribed. Does not feel like 5* service as a result. Similarly the pool area was not clean. We received no acknowledgment of partners’ 40th birthday although I emailed twice and telephoned.

We were meant to check in at 3pm. We arrived a little after that and it was quite busy, which is understandable for a friday. We were told at 3.30pm our room wasn't ready, due to it being cleaned. It would be a 20min wait. I was with my husband and 2 young children. We waited in the foyer on lounges near the bar. It was comfortable. At 430pm i had to go and ask if our room was ready yet as it had been an hour. The room still wasn't ready. We were given a credit to use during our stay and the staff were apologetic. Our room was finally ready by 5pm. This is ridiculous! We shouldn't have had to wait this long. The indoor pool was great and kids had fun. Room.service was quick and great. Beds and pillows weren't comfortable. I asked for a low rose pillow the second day at 3pm. I was told they had one and would being it up. 8pm i called again and was told it would be 20min and they would bring it to our room. At 9pm my husband called and they said they didn't have any available. A phone call to let us know would have been sufficient. I would never stay here again, due to the poor service.
