The hotel was perfect, much nicer than expected and a great location for my nephew and his young son to get out and explore Sydney. The room was spacious and quiet even though it was very close to Broadway and transport. The interiors were smart and the timber beams and columns added lots of character.

The location is 20 minutes walk from the nearest train station (central station), 15 minutes walk to the popular Hay Market, and few minutes walk to Broadway Mall. The reception staff is attentive, friendly and efficient. The room is big with full kitchen and washer & dryer. It looks like newly remodeled and a very comfortable bed and pillows

Great positioned hotel with well equipped, comfortable apartments. Quite an industrial feel to the apartments, might not be to everyone’s taste. Easy to get to shopping and dining options at Broadway, and 2 minute walk to bus stop.

Styling is outstanding and great location. However maintenance issues and cleanliness is something to be desired. First room had a faulty toilet which was reported just after checkin. After returning to the room a few hours later it was unresolved. When back to reception and was told no technician was available. Reception didn’t offer any other options. I requested to move to another room which was eventually agreed to. Room was tidy, however pretty unclean. Dust and hair on bed and floor clearly not vacuumed. Each morning we placed tidy room sign up which was done, however room never vacuumed or rubbish never removed.
