Hair Dryer, Iron, Washing machine, dryer, and Vacuum provided.
WIFI within the house and Netflix is available! An antenna TV in bedroom!
A small gas barbeque is provided at the backyard.
Outdoor sitting at the balcony with nice bush view and fresh air !

**Please be aware the driveway to the townhouse is long and steep, if you have any concern about walking or driving down/up, please enquire before you made the booking!!
**The townhouse's driveway has streetlights, and there are motion sensor lights in front of the townhouse.
** The main concern with our townhouse is for parking, cause there's a slope when driving in, and the space is relatively narrow .Only Vans/minibuses (lower than 6 seaters) can be parked in the parking space. 7-seater cars can only be parked on the street which we don't recommend you to drive over,also if you have a box on top of the car is also inconvenient for getting in and out.
**Special note: Please note that do not use the car charging facility in the property. If car charging is required, please utilize the car charging service in Chatswood Westfield parking lot.

Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.

You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. The vacuum is underneath the kitchen cupaboard.

The parking port is perfectly fit for 2 cars.

There's 1 security camera located at outdoor area for security concerns.

Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.

Please clean up the barbeque after used.

Please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, and AC are switched off.

Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

Other Things to Note:
There is a strict no party/ events policy as we would appreciate that our guests respect our neighbours and our building , please be aware there's no noise after 10pm.

Additional Rules:
Please clean the property after party time, no noise after 10pm.
Check in time: After 3pm Check out time: before 10 am

NO PARTIES: Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safety will be your responsibility.

Self Check-In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check-in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check-in date.

LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
