While I liked my room and the general area of the hotel, I did not like that there was no accessible staff or help desk. Also, it felt unsafe to me because while there are keys required to enter the room floors, all doors were open without a key required. It felt like a hostel because it was very independent. Breakfast was offered but one day it was not served and then the other a whole spread was served with croissants, yogurt, coffee, pastries, etc. Also, the rooftop was not open other than on the weekend. It attempts to be a hipster and cool spot but there is no information on those spots being open only on the weekend. In addition, access to the rooftop requires that people go through the room floors which would also make it feel even more unsafe. While I really wanted to like this spot, I paid too much for what I got...
