First off, the property is huge. It is essentially a casino with hotel and apartments bolted on. Check-in was an uninspiring process - the lady who served me didn't even bother to look up or at me, whilst asking questions, almost until the process had been completed. This may be a cultural thing, but it left me feeling flat and a little annoyed. All other staff we encountered, we most pleasant. The room on the other hand (a city-view suite on the 15th floor) was fabulous - duplex - about 80m2 and with great views. Well-equipped with kitchen, sofas, tables, walk-in closet, great bathroom and nice, if shallow, balcony. All was spotlessly clean. There are multiple restaurants on site, high-end jewelry shops and theatre! The swimming pool is nice (the photo possibly exagerrates it's expanse somewhat) annd there are many loungers for relaxing - though poossibly not quite enough for high season. Lovely vast breakfast selection - well worth the money. All in - well worth a stay.

Fabulous hotel ! Rooms were amazing, spacious and spotless. Upgraded from superior king to premium king giving a harbour view. Breakfast buffet was good but not great. Plenty of variety but fried eggs could have been fresher. Baked beans had very little beans left, mainly sauce. Pastries were very nice.

Very few staff, hard to find way around, pool was a zoo on Sunday, no towels. Public areas around pool a mess of unwashed towels. The noise meter on my watch kept buzzing for exceptionally loud noise around pool. Hotel was fully booked, I don’t think we would book again. Room service prompt.
