Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.
Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions.
