The room was clean but the bedding not very comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have robes and towels for 2 when we arrived ( we booked a corner king suite ). The open closet doesn’t help to make the room look organized and we didn’t have hangers. Excellent location and the personnel were. Wry friendly

This is the place to stay if you value being away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to all the important sites....train stop toCircular Quay is 200 m away and 2 stops.if not a walker........Breakfast service outstanding and room service impeccable.....Staff always friendly and helpful.

Great location close to train station, very convenient. The area is safe and decently walkable. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning - plenty of options and good service. The hotel itself is very clean. However, bathroom was a bit small, and we had issues with the wifi. Staff were friendly but seemed a little disorganized.
