The location is great, right in the Rocks with food and shops around. Rooftop has great views of the Sydney opera house and harbor bridge. The staff was very helpful, we were able to check in early. The gentleman who works nights at the desk was excellent, any question he answered and he helped us out with our luggage that malfunctioned. Rooms and bathroom are a bit small, but we were only in there to sleep. The place is a maze, it’s a triangle, but part of the level is down a few stairs.

The facilities were clean but somewhat dated and in need of an upgrade. I did appreciate the iron however which worked beautifully :) A very good location and close to ferries the Opera house and the Rocks.

Location, location is everything and this property fullfilled that :) everything was so good. Easy to find, close to circular quay which was such a good connection point for public transport.
