The staff was excellent and let us check in early!! We each got a nice Cappucino while we waited for our room to get cleaned! Now that's Customer Service! Everyone was so friendly.

The sheets were clean. Under the bed, and under the dresser was filthy, there may have been a dildo. I begged my husband not to look to closely. I also didn't realise it was a shared bathroom situation, which could deal with some cleaning supplies left in there. The food was fantastic, and the service was too. It provided for our need of accom after a concert

The ensuite shower had no water pressure and the room had some speakers in the ceiling that let off a loud static sound every 5 minutes so impossible to sleep there was also a power blackout at 2am and was still no power when we left about 830 so unable to have hot shower before we left it was also hot and because no power we were unable to use aircon i would not stay here again

Clean and tidy. Let me check-in late 12:30am. They do need to put some silicon on the glass in shower before someone smashes the glass opening shower door. Other than that beats sharing a dorm for a similar price!!!

Spend the night during transit through Sydney. Staff were friendly and room was very clean. Grate for one night. The bathroom is separate from the room. We were traveling off season so not all the rooms were booked and we had an easy access to the bathroom.

Lack of a private bathroom was a surprise. Only one shared bathroom available. No cleaning facilities in the bathroom. No safety handles in the shower. The bed and linen were excellent. Basic amenities were available. A fridge, TV, a jug and tea and coffee were available. The Bistro offered a great range of appetizing meals.

this is a casino posing as a hotel if you are a light sleeper or get a room above said casino good luck to you it is so noisy and goes till 4 am. the rooms are presented nicely but that is about all thats good. Dont bother with the restaurant or bar the service is shocking and the food is rough at best
