A HOUST managed property -

When I booked this I thought it would be the normal deal with Hotels.com. But it was a property managed by HOUST so after I was told by Hotels.com that I had a paid and guaranteed booking I was surprised to get emails from Houst demanding that I email them copies of my ID or they would cancel my booking. Has I known I wouldn't have booked it. HOUST standard communications were kinda rude. The location was great - you could see the waves from the bedroom and it was great to have parking. It was a good price but the furnishings were basic and minimal and the second bed was not comfortable, the TV didn't work properly. Wi-fi was good. Kitchen was functional and well stocked with plates, cutlery and pots
