A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. All the staff were helpful and professional throughout. Rooms need modernising little but well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff were amazing and provoded great service. Unfortunately the air conditioning made an awful noise that made it hard to sleep and at one point my room smelt of cigaratte smoke despite me being a non smoker.

Great reception assistance. Fantastic location with regards to purchasing food at the supermarket or some local restaurants. Bus service to city outside hotel. Room was big enough for two people, included a washing machine/dryer.

A lovely hotel central to restaurants as well as a local grocery store . Private parking available including being in the main street of public transport. Attractions close by is a Movie Theatre as well as a bar & restaurant with live music on the weekends.

Good location, very handy washing machine, dryer and kitchen. We booked 3 rooms and asked to be close but they said we had an upgrade which meant one room was on a different floor. The upgraded room was on the same floor as room 2 and it was missing the rollers on the shower door so you couldn't close it. Rooms were clean and tidy, just some dirty cups in one room and the doors need a good paint. Average to good with fairly reasonable price.

The inner blanket was old, pilled and had blood on it. The base of the wardrobe was dirty. Grout in bathroom was black with grime. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed, floor in general had brown stains on marble look tiles. I carpet has not been shampooed since it was laid.Shameful Park Regis
