The room was very basic looking. There were issues from the get go and eventually we were changed to another room but only after several complaints which was annoying. The hotel is located close to everything including trains, metro and light rail. It is noisy though because it’s so close to the city centre. The room had broken power points, leaking toilet, the remote to the tv didn’t work, the keycards didn’t work and the family rooms are right next to the lift. Staff were friendly but also not real phased by issues until I had to go down and speak to them four or five times. It was good but also frustrating

Only toilet avalable before check in was on the roof. It was 1 toilet and filthy. Hotel room was very basic. No plugs by the bed so had to charge phones the other side of the room. Shower constantly leaked all night and soaked the entire bathroom floor constantly. Bathroom was slightly raised so constantly tripping onto a wet bathroom floor. Staff at reception were fine. Cleaners did a great job.
