Hotel is in a great location. Even from level 13 though noise was an issue. City noise like inebriated people on Darling Harbour are a given but why there was a rooster crowing at 2am, then 3am then 5.30am both nights of our stay?? Knew it wasn’t a good sign when we checked in and found they have ear plugs in the bedside table drawers for guests.

Staff are friendly and the room and bathroom were very clean. It can be quite noisy in thre room at times with traffic noise from Harris St and the wooden floor from the room above. Overall, l I would recommend.

The cot provided had a thin mattress and towel which is uncomfortable for anyone to sleep on. The air-conditioning self-regulates and does not stay on the selected temperature, which makes the room uncomfortable during a warm night.
