Staff and room was excellent, the only downside for me was no pool in the actual hotel but guests could use the pool at the aquatic centre near by for free. I had dinner at the steak restaurant downstairs and it was outstanding!

Breakfast was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. It was like a mass produced IKEA dining but not as good.sausages and eggs always looked & tasted undercooked ,bacon appeared microwaved and hash browns only made an appearance on two of the six days stay

The room was very good, spacious, and comfortable for our family. The bed and extra bedding worked well, and we and the kids really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed. My kids love swimming, and that was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. It would have been better if this had been clearly mentioned in the advertisement or before booking.

Room was fine but breakfast was really disappointing - the coffee machine and the pancake machine were broken. The pastries weren’t fresh and the mushrooms were old and dried out. Convenient for where we needed to be - the sports ground but take your own breakfast!
