Great location with easy access to public transport and plenty of food options nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The room felt tired and in need of renovation, stained bedsheets, very old carpets, and a bathtub with visible indents. Attention to detail was lacking, including the TV welcome message addressing me as “Mr” instead of Mrs or Ms. My initial interaction with the man at the front desk was cold and unwelcoming, which set the tone poorly. However, the female staff I dealt with later were warm, pleasant, and helpful, which was appreciated. If you’re after a basic, budget-friendly stay and value location over comfort, this may be suitable. Just don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Stay was great, the staff were nice and the rooms were clean but they had some really interesting room decor… The curtains, paintings and headboards were of paint brush splotches but the “paint” was red… I don’t know if Dexter was the decorator or he’d stayed in the room before us, either way I think he loved it. So yes nice stay but please stop scaring your guests and get new curtains and room decor.
