Staff polite. Room minimally stocked. Only coffee was instant. Had to get help turning on tv remote as back and missing and covered w/duct tape which wasn’t holding the battery correctly. No one mentioned there was a pool or how to get to it but when I asked, I was politely told it was in the next door building and to use the lift. Expensive for the experience & room which looked onto the freeway. Prior to my trip, I twice sent a message to hotel asking if there was a hotel shuttle but received no response. You should let your guests know that there is a shuttle & where to pick it up & the price. Ibis does this. You can do better. I had a much better experience at the Novotel I stayed at in Taipei.
