Perfect location for a getaway - especially for Capitol Theatre and Chinatown. Easy access to central station and light rail to get into the city for shopping. Staff great and room very comfortable. Pricing very reasonable. Will come back again!

The rooms were run down . We had to request a change in room as the table was broken and the mattress old and too uncomfortable to sleep in . The tooms were noisy and the hotel pool was too cold to use

We had a good stay here. There are a few things that could be improved to give this hotel a higher rating. There is no light in the ceiling so the room feels constantly dimmed. This isn't great when you're trying to get ready. It was incredibly difficult to get the shower to a decent temperature. It was either VERY hot or stone cold. Overall, a great place to stay for friendly staff, great check out time (11am), convenience to public transport, shopping and the Capitol Theatre. It could definitely use bit of upgrading and maintenance but was the friendliest to our budget. Thanks Metro Marlow for a good stay overall.

Room was filthy and needed a deep clean. What seemed like bodily fluids were on the floor, curtains and duvet was really bad. Plug sockets were thick with dust. The King bed was 2 old singles pushed together which meant is was uncomfortable to lay in the middle of the bed.

Worst mattress or frame ever. It was concave. So zero support and terrible nights sleep. Thank goodness only one night there. Staff were nice enough. Place is clean jsut a bit dated in carpets and bathrooms.
