There were hair and dust in the room, needs improvement in cleaning. Housekeeping went inside the room to refill soap and stuff without permission, yet no cleaning was done. The room is spacious and quiet, but cleanliness is a major concern.

Sydney Marathon Travel - Amazing Stay!

Traveled to Sydney to run the marathon and stayed for 9 days. Staff- Riley at check in was very welcoming and helpful throughout our trip - he should be recognized for his great work. Room - the room was a great space - with a shower and a bathtub, kitchen, living room, etc. The only compliant was the bed was a king, but it was really two twins put together with a comforter zipped together. Never used cleaning services, which were only provided twice during our stay Pool/Hot tub/Sauna/Gym - wonderful! the pool was a lap pool and comfortable, the hot tub was large , couldve been hotter, but still fine, sauna was great, gym was a decent size. All great for post-marathon recovery Location - incredible. Right in the center of the Sydney busy area with Paddys close by, George street and QVB nearby, and many places to eat and drink

Very good hotel

It was a good stay. The facilities were great. There were some small gripes, but not a deal breakers. Shower had a leak, holes in the ceiling around the down lights. No power points assessable near bed. No turn down service was a let down, no face washers. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location

We arrived after three and our room wasn't ready, but the lovely receptionist upgraded us so that we could get ready for our event. We had the two bedroom, it was stunning, with a fantastic view. Really beautiful clean suite.

Top location for what we needed.

Great location easy walk to metro, trains, etc, lots of food options, and shopping. Rooms could've supplied kitchen items for 4 instead of 3 as a couple its an odd number and you are putting a dishwasher on with only a few items wasting water, energy etc just looking at environmental impact.
