We like to stay at the meriton Campbell street as it is a great location near Chinatown and the train. It has apartments with all amenities when you are visiting for a few days or longer

I was at the hotel for one night - from 10pm to 8am: - Smart TV didn't have internet and wouldn't connect to the hotel's wifi. It wasn't a cheap room so there is a natural expectation the TV should work as intended. - Dishwasher turned on automatically when I had just got to sleep - Floor of the shower was really slimy, it was gross - Homeless guy smoking out the front when you're trying to wait for an uber when going to work in the morning was the cherry on top. Never staying here again.

The staff was great, even checking up on me halfway through my stay to make sure I was good and didn't need anything. Since I was there 2 weeks I had to make several requests and they were very prompt. The location was very good and close to a tram and Coles grocery. I wish I had known about the brand and stayed in their Brisbane location.

The suites are convenient but housekeeping schedule is only every three days and getting anything attended to between times is a real problem. Meriton is priced like a four star hotel but housekeeping service is like a one star.

3rd day cleaning inconsistent std , floor is not vacuumed, coffee capsule not refilled, for example. Lifts under upgrading, needs to be more patience.
