It is all about the view. My 9th floor room had a phenomenal view of the harbour, bridge, and opera house. The staff was very helpful and friendly, overall very clean. My room had a mini fridge and micro with basic utensils and dishware. The hotel itself and the rooms are very dated and could use a refresh or jus some basic maintenance updates.

The courteous staff are amazing and especially Suzanne and Roberto on the management side. Nothing was too much trouble.
