Bedrooms & Accommodation

Pelicano accommodates up to six guests across the main residence and separate garden studio.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with premium mattress and luxury bed linen.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with premium mattress and luxury bed linen.
Garden Studio: A separate, beautifully furnished space with a comfortable double sofa bed. Ideal as a third bedroom, additional lounge or quiet retreat.

The garden studio does not have its own bathroom. Guests staying in the studio use the bathroom facilities within the main residence.

With flexible sleeping arrangements and generous living spaces, Pelicano is ideal for families, couples travelling together or guests looking to settle in for an extended coastal stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Pelicano apartment, separate garden studio and all surrounding gardens, decks and outdoor entertaining spaces.

Although Pelicano is situated within a boutique block of three apartments, all gardens and outdoor areas belong exclusively to Pelicano and are not communal or shared spaces.

The property is fully gated, offering privacy and a wonderful sense of seclusion.

Please note that the separate garden studio provides additional sleeping and living space but does not contain a bathroom. Bathroom facilities are located within the main apartment.
