- It is a Sydney apartment so leaving doors open may lead to insects flying in.
- There isn't a dryer in the apartment.
- It is a ground floor apartment in an older building so there may be noise from other apartments.
- Live TV is accessed through digital apps, we have downloaded these to assist you
- Unfortunately no allocated parking in the property however there is limited parking out the back of the property which can often be full. We suggest using Park Hound or Spacer to hire a neighbours garage or driveway is best should you have a car. Alternatively Goget is an option which has cars parked in the street which once signed up you can hire by the hour, day or week to suit you.

There is a Minut home sensor in this property, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched.
