The room was mostly clean including the bed which was comfortable, however the walls were filthy which really made the stay uncomfortable. I realise it is a budget hotel and was expecting basic accommodation but was disappointed.

Yes the air-conditioning worked well although we had griends in other rooms there and their air-conditioning never worked. The Bathroom is a mouldy and rusting in parts.

Check in was very good. The gentleman was very pleasant and great, very clear with instructions. The down side was the shower floor was stained and black with left over uncleaned basin from other travellers diry feet. Definitly has NOT been scrubbed for some time. The walls had uncleaned scale from soap and water. The room wall across from the bed looked like it had, had a plate of food and coffee thrown at it. It was stained and above the wooden room rail had what looked like dried food remnants. The bed was made and the room did smell nice upon entry but found that the doona/duvet was not covered and was grey. The pillow was quite comfy though. I would suggest that your cleaners do a better job cleaning the shower and the room walls. We have been staying in Ibis motels for many years and this is the second time we have found it to be disgusting actually.

The room was fine as always for a low cost hotel but I thought the guy checking me in took far too long and it seemed to be on purpose not to mention the card machine wasn’t working for their ridiculous $10 charge for parking and I had to pay cash.

It’s a budget hotel and you don’t expect anything more than the basics… they were lacking however. Staff incl the manager who weren’t really interested in helping… rooms that are old l, tired and lacking cleanliness…. My room wasn’t serviced once during my 4 night stay

Bathroom was weirdly configured. Noisy door, toilet positioned making showering for another person impossible. One person at a time. No power points next to bed. Had to walk upstairs with baggage.

You get what you pay for But for the price it’s ok Did find a hair on the toilet lid when checking in, No lift Pillows are flat and feel like they are 100 years old When checking in had to wait for staff change over, and computer systems updated, why would you do that at 2pm when that’s the main time of checking in (was first in line and by the time we checked in had 6 behind us)

The staff is utterly disappointing. Phone is never answered. I had to late check-in and I called about 18 times during business hours with no answer, left 8 voicemails, dropped 2 emails. I had to modify my schedule for the day and take a trip down there only to ask "what's the process of late check-in?". Upon my visit, the front desk team member was answering my questions as if I troubled his soul out of his body. He mentioned the process will be that I'll get a text with pin to their locker box that will have key card. The text will have room number. You guessed it right, I never received that text. When I reached there midnight, fortunately someone was taking out their key card from the locker. So I got mine. But no room number was mentioned. After calling emergency number twice I was given the room number. Never ever I'm doing Ibis budget again.
