Building is an older building with a good location. It was convenient across the road from train station with many food options within easy walking distance. Breakfast was simple, just toast and cereal. Small kitchenette in the deluxe family room was nice to have to small children. Cleaniness and the condition of the room could be better. Staff were friendly and helpful.
For the price it was excellent. Close to bus, train and tram. Easy walk to world square, darling quarter , Hyde Park and museum. Train to airport is right across the road via museum station taking only 12 minutes. Reception staff helpful and baggage storage available.

Staff courteous - able to store luggage after checking out which was fantastic and our room was ready early. Brilliant light breakfast included - more than enough. No dish cloth to wash dishes with or tea towel, and Tommy was clean but some surfaces were dusty (along bedhead and tables). Very large room - had space to spread out and sit and relax.

Room is spacious, the inroom breafast was terrible, they were supposed to refill the fridge with breakfast every day, and they did not, left in fridge with expired milk and no refill of coffee. When calling down to the front desk, she was not friendly, impatient and giving us hard times.
