The room was clean but bed was lumpy and the pillows hard. All staff I encountered were helpful. I was roadside and the room was noisy. I had to ask the staff to see to loud and unruly people in the room next to me. The situation was sorted swiftly. I’ve often used this hotel and felt they may have given me a better room. Overall, convenient.

Hotel was, overall, good. Pillows were a bit flat and mattresses could be a bit more comfortable. Unfortunately, there was construction next door - that went on ALL NIGHT. Not light construction with people talking, but heavy work with backhoes and movement of dumpsters and flashing lights. We were woken at least three nights - tough to fall back asleep.

I had a procedure at the hospital nearby and due to pain I had all my meals in my room. I was felt in peace to rest and heal but also appreciated meals when I needed them and someone on reception if I needed it. I great place to recuperate away from home!

Had all the necessaties, was clean and well presented, photos for the property were accurate. A microwave would be a useful amenity Would also be good to include the parking fee with a room such as the suite rooms but other than those 2 things i was a pleasant stay and would stay again
