Great stay for a pub room. Very comfy and clean. Considering the price and the fact that it’s above a pub it was great and I got a good nights rest there. Also pub food was excellent.

Clean rooms and bathrooms were clean, water and milk in fridge when we arrived. It is a hotel located next to Concord West train station so noisy (especially on a Friday night) Great if you want a cheap place to stay close to the city or Qudos Arena.

6/10 Okay

When we arrived to check in I felt like I was an inconvenience to the initial staff member. There was no toilet paper in the shared bathrooms when we arrived, & again when I asked for some I felt I had put them out. The hotel is very close to the train station, however in being so it’s very noisy.
