Sydney disaster.

We were booked for a wk while in Sydney,but HAD to leave after 2 nites due to hi temps in the apt w NO AC and two useless/wobbly fans. At 7 am, temp was 86 degrees- sweltering, sickenly HOT. The description DID NOT say NO AC!!! 7 floors up we were dying from the heat and ventilation was nonexistent. We asked to be released to go to a spot w AC and were repeatedly & heartlessly told NO. It was THE WORST ever experience in ALL of our 50 yrs adult traveling. WORST STAY EVER! Paid for 7 nites and only eked out two nites in this awful apt. Hotels.com should NOT list this property!!! The “host” was not at all hospitable. We felt like we’d been trapped by false advertising. Buyer beware. Do NOT book here. The place was dirty and run down as well as you see in the pics.
