Lovely stay at the Four Seasons. The staff were amazing and engaging. Would’ve rated it excellent had we not found hair stuck to the bathroom floor from a previous guest and cut toenails in the carpet. There was a plumbing issue where both sink and shower taps delivered scalding hot water, making it painful to shower w/o getting scalded ourselves. We reported this and they ‘fixed’ it but that night we still had hot coming from the cold tap so the issue is not likely the room but a building one. Situation got better as each day progressed and the hot water was used up. The manager apologized and sent chocolates which was unexpected. I’m sure they’ll get it fixed, hopefully before we begin a 4 night stay next month.

Room was ready before scheduled check-in. Our luggage did not arrive and the hotel provided us with the necessary toiletries for us to get by. Turndown service always provided ice each night. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Location was great; walking distance to excellent restaurants and local attractions like the harbour and the opera house.

Super good service, room service food was amazing. Room had a great view of the harbor (booked full harbor view style room). Only downfall was the pillows, as soon as you laid your head down they got super flat.
