Took 15 mins to check in - very slow. Only 1 lift of two working for our 1 day stay, the working one would often keep going past our level without stopping, despite the button being pressed and lit up. Would take up to 10 mins to get on the lift. Had to call reception about parking options/arrangments before we arrived, this was not communicated in any emails prior to our stay. Room was very run down and unclean; curtains missing hooks, bed moves in tiled floor, air con needs cleaning, air con remote needs batteries - did not work, dining table unstable/unusable, toilet seat not attached/moves when you sit down, shower curtain black with mould, bathroom exhaust thick with dust/fire hazard. Whole room needs refreshing and a deep clean.

This property was smelly including cigarette smoke. Lifts were inadequate. The stairwell was filthy. Taps were rusted. I don’t recommend staying here.

The hotel looks like needing an upgrade. Rooms in poor shape looking like a collection from the local used furniture swap shop. Location was handy.

It was relatively inexpensive but that was after a fair sort of discount. I am assuming that the majority of occupants in the building are either owners or longer term tenants. Cooking smells pervaded the floor I was on. Reception staff were nice but the property did not match up with the photos online. On the plus side it was convenient to Parramatta Station.

We had a great stay. Staff went above and beyond to help by, letting us leave bags until check in. Helping us break open our suitcase when the lock became jammed. So a big thank you. Will definitely stay again.
