Staff were great and friendly but the room wasn't clean, marks on the walls, stains on the carpet, rips on the lounge. The people in the room next door were extremely noisy at night, slamming of doors, out on the verandah talking on the phone through most of the night. Other than the staff and location we weren't impressed

We had a great stay. Staff went above and beyond to help by, letting us leave bags until check in. Helping us break open our suitcase when the lock became jammed. So a big thank you. Will definitely stay again.

The room smelt filthy, there was hair in the bed and mould in the shower. The lifts and corridors smelt foul. We were so disgusted that we left and booked a room elsewhere for the night. Unfortunately this apartment looks nothing like the photos and definitely isn’t worthy of the rating currently listed on this website.

No clear instructions, guy over the phone sounded rude. Asian lady was helpful. Apartment was old, balcony was all rusted. Floor was ok but sticky. Odour wasn’t good too. Not happy with our stay. Nice view from the balcony though. Overall not worth the price.
