Arrived a little early to drop off bag and complete the formalities. Greeted by friendly, welcoming staff which is always noticed and appreciated even more. Didn't expect room to be ready but they advised they would call me when it was and actually did so, unlike some other hotels I have stayed. we were going to a show at the Tik Tok theatre (the old ICC) in Darling Harbour so the hotel was very handy and a reasonable price. Bed and bedding very comfortable and the hotel very quiet so a good night sleep ensued. Would definitely stay again.
