Room is good. No amenities , no pen or paper etc. Trying to work tv and room service etc, extremely difficult for older people!!! Put a paper room service menu in the room! I found the hallways completely blocked in the mornings with housekeeping trolleys, piles of laundry and vaccuum cleaners, surely there is somewhere else to have all these things. Staff all very friendly.

The room was not the type of clean i would exoect for a 300/night room. There was mould and soap scum in the overflow hole on the basin and also around the plug hole. The sink drained very very slowly, which to me would indicate hair blockage in the drain. There was dust on the top edges of things. Also i ordered room service breakfast. A big breakfast and two espresso coffees. It was all cold. Not even nearly warm. The coffee was terrible. Either poorly made or not good quality beans. Or both. Very disappointing as i had been looking forward to staying here.

The food was amazing at Harvest Restaurant, the staff were very friendly. It was our wedding anniversary, our desert came out with ‘happy anniversary’ written in chocolate… nice touch! There were cosy fireplaces in the restaurant, bar and reception areas. Breakfast was also outstanding. The room was very stylish and spacious with a super comfortable bed. We will definitely return and highly recommend.
