The room was spotless; the staff were friendly and helpful. We always note that Crowne Plaza hotels are notoriously stingey about tea bags (2 per room) and milk - we always have to ask for extras. Also the room only had 2 tiny tea cups, we prefer a mug.

Reception staff was very polite and welcoming. We were upgraded to loft room, which was great! Very well appointed. This is a good hotel, good location, within a few minutes walk to metro. If you don’t need to be in the city or if you can a few minutes to commute, this hotel is very good. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Very disappointed because I have paid extra for breakfast in Expedia booking ($1650 vs $1490 without breakfast as shown in Expedia website) but eventually hotel said the booking is without breakfast. I have negotiated with both hotel and Expedia but I didn’t receive any refund nor breakfast. It is very disappointing as this is purely the problem when the platform processed my order.

The reception staff member Rachel was lovely and made check in easy. Rooms were clean, the place is just a little run down. Shopping centre within 1.5km down the road and safe to walk. Bus out front and train not far down the road.

The room was clean but one side of the toilet flusher didn't work, the switches near the bed to turn lights off didn't work, the shower mixer where you turn it on leaked, the heat on the air conditioning didn't seem to work although the cold did, the sugar supplied for coffee /tea in the room only allowed for two cups , the breakfast buffet doesn't include eggs or coffee and tea within the $35 price they charged for it and the shuttle bus parked outside wasn't available to pick me up or drop me off to local railway station or airport I was told it can only take you three kilometres from hotel which is useless to anyone the whole time I was there it just sat in the car park unused that being said the room service food was excellent and delivered promptly and the room was serviced in a satisfactory level cleaniness of hotel in general was excellent
