Bundeena Base Cottage

Modern newly built cottage in the beautiful village of Bundeena. This property has been designed for outside/inside living. Two enormous bifold doors opens up the living area to a level grassed area with patio ideal for enjoying the best of BBQs with friends and family.

Water glimpses, the North facing cottage, is bathed in light, and just a few meters from the beach. All doors are extra wide, allowing for easy wheelchair access.

If you are bringing a dog, please get in touch before booking as we do have some conditions of stay, simple stuff but important to be aware of.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Last weekend my dog Fergus and I spent a wonderful 2 nights at Bundeena Base Cottage! We arrived in the dark, and Hilde had left the lights on and the door unlocked so it was easy to find our way inside. Additionally she had left some dog bowls and a waterproof dog blanket as the forecast was not promising!The property was just wonderful - spotlessly clean, comfortable and so very peaceful! The bed was heavenly to lie in. The kitchen had everything we needed and fresh milk in the fridge was much appreciated.Fergus and I spent lots of time at Horderns Dog Beach which was a short walk away, and wandering around the quiet streets. The property was fully fenced so I didn't need to check on him in the garden constantly.We absolutely loved our break here, and would stay again in a heartbeat! My only regret was not taking my swimmers as the water looked beautiful and was a lovely temperature.

This cottage is amazing! Comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Hilde was so accommodating of our needs and met us even though our plane was so late we didn’t arrive until 10:00pm. Little added thoughtful things like milk in the fridge and some treats made our stay extra special.Communication was clear and thoughtful and I would have no hesitation in booking to stay in beautiful Bundeena again.

Great stay

Base-camp is a good descriptor for this modern cottage. It is well situated for a short walk to Gunya , Jibbon and Hordens beaches. Also short walk to Bundeena shops and Salty Pearl bar. It has clean modern styling and comfortable and functional, quiet and private. Hilda was a terrific host, very helpful and thoughtful. Great place to stay.

Stylish modern house in fantastic location

Lovely new house, beautifully designed and styled with everything needed for a great weekend away. Location is fantastic, easy walking distance to beaches, national park and the shops/cafe. Hilde was a wonderful host, leaving freshly baked bread (still warm!) and settling us in to the house and the area. We will be back.

Fantastic Cottage

Had an amazing 10 night stay! Property is clean and modern with all the mod cons, all the necessities supplied, down to a coffee machine with pods! Great indoor/outdoor feel. Perfect location, within walking distance to the beaches, ferry, restaurants & cafes. Hilde and David were great hosts from time of booking to our last day. Hope to return again!
