Waste money. I have already told tournament parents to not book here for future tournaments. I book a lot of accommodation throughout the year and this has defiantly been my worst experience.
Some of the issues - Couch broken, couch got dirty marks on it, had to put a sheet over it to try and sit on the available cushion, discovered Doona is dirty and has marks on it so gross, unit is very dusty, no exhaust fan in bathroom, walls got some sort of spray marks all over it, beds are so uncomfortable, and spare pillows have no pillow cases, blinds all broken, lolly wrappers beside couch and under couch, small pie container on couch rubbish, unit wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay. Floors not vacuumed, floors not mopped, carpet needs a good clean, only good thing was shower head and water pressure even tho the shower head has green stuff in it. Rocking chair not game sit on as it feels like it will break. Extremely disappointed, the pictures make the unit and amenities look great but there is even no seating around pool. Worst experience and after trying to contact re these issues kept getting replies saying we need your contact number - 6 times I submitted it and it’s also on my booking. Will never stay here again and recommend no one else do. Waste of hard earned money and really put a damper on our holiday.
