The room provided had no windows and this was a major issue, the staff told me this after the payment was made. The condition of the room was very disappointing, cutlery unwashed, lights not working and noisy AC which had to be kept on all night since there was no air circulation or exhaust fans. It was so depressing that we left after the first day and have since written to the manager? to request a refund for the second day, given that I checked out on Sunday morning by 10 am.This hotel should not be recommended to anyone, we found an alternative and paid again for the second night, this was proper hotel, the Sydney Central Hotel..brilliant. Please let me know how I can pursue my refund since I have had no response from them as of yet.
