Sitting proudly on Gadigal Country in the heart of Rushcutters Bay, our apartment is located in the iconic heritage building 'Aquarius'. Perfectly situated for deluxe inner city living, you are steps from some of the best cafes, bars and restaurants in Sydney. A short walk (20 minutes) to the city CBD and only one stop via train, our fully renovated apartment is perfect for your inner-city Sydney escape!
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am

*Pets are not allowed
*Not Child/Infant friendly
* The home can accommodate up to 2 guests.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. Smoking is also not permitted in any indoor common areas, including hallways, lifts, stairwells, or the lobby.
*Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. Guests must avoid slamming doors, loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour at all times, especially in common areas, balconies and poolside. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises.
*All rubbish must be properly bagged and disposed of in the designated waste bins at the front of the building, and recycling in the yellow bins on each level. Guests should not leave trash in hallways, balconies, or common areas under any circumstances.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
