Staff at check in and check out were lovely. Room itself was a good size with comfortable beds and the portacot provided was clean and comfortable. However, the surfaces of the tables were damaged and dirty and it didn’t look like the shower had been properly cleaned in many moons either.

This is our 3rd visit to the Alpha we return due to our happiness with previously stayed each time we have been up graded Only thing this time and not thru fault of Alpha or staff but did notice at the exit back door to carpark visitors have left all rubbish (food ctn empty alcohol boxes just rubbish) I feel sorry for staff having to clean the area up thru disgusting laziness of hitel visitors that was on both nights we stayed

Staff were friendly, room was quiet. Easy to get to where we were going. Bathroom could do with a good clean and some maintenance. Paid extra for the room so we could use the executive lounge but it was taken over and closed off by other guests of the hotel.

Convenient location to Sydney Dragway. Unfortunately no house keeping on a Sunday. Great to have restaurant on site which did good meals and the buffet breakfast is worth paying for. Good gym on site with basic facilities but still good to use. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was good.
