It is a 3 1/2 stars property as seating in room very uncomfortable as in worn out, not enough coffee pods - 3 for 2 people - milk etc, also bedding poor quality and doona too thin, i was cold and had to sleep with my coat on top of doona. But the room was very spacious and very clean and deserves 4 stars for that, and i would consider coming back for that space. I also had a decent b’fast and coffee at the coffee shop inside the hotel. Reception and staff very pleasant and helpful , 5 stars there.

The wash basin in our bathroom was terrible. We both kicked the legs continually (yes I know). My husband actually broke skin and bled the limited space in room, made it difficult not to. But other than that. The staff in the cafe were great and unfortunately we didn't realise the restaurant was associated with the hotel until we were leaving. Will definately return next time we're in Sydney.

We were in town for the Sydney Marathon- the hotel staff allowed us to drop our bags before check in so that we didn’t have to haul them through the race expo- that was very helpful. On Saturday evening I was having issues with an Ubereats order and the man working at the front desk was SO helpful- called the restaurant for me and had everything sorted out in just a few minutes. The hotel is right by a bus stop, so that made it very convenient, and lots of dining options around the hotel.

Good location & decent room but could be better

The hotel is in a good location. Some staff are great, others can be rude and could learn some customer service skills. The housekeeping could be better as could the upkeep of the rooms and the shared hallway areas. The carpet in our room was stained as was couch and both could use a steam clean. The hallways looked like they needed a good vacuum. The window ledge in our room was wet and I'm unsure if this was just condensation or a leak. Be warned the orange glass bathroom/shower pod is see through, so if you like your privacy, this room type isn't for you.

The bathroom is see-through but overall this is a great spot to stay in. It was affordable and walkable to all the places we wanted to go to. It is close to bus and train stations, and about a 5-10 minute walk into the CBD. The staff were friendly.

Long weekend stay to go to AFL match at SCG

Great service and location, close to supermarkets and restaurants and walking distance of the SCG & light rail. Really good value for money, will visit again for sure. The cleanliness of the room could have been better (some stains on the carpet & carpet looked like it needs a proper steam clean) plus I would have liked to have kept the same towel etc for the 3 days I was there to save energy & water (minimise my impact on the environment) but there weren't any options for this. However the bed, bathroom and facilities were very clean and comfortable, the room had all amenities and a loose shower door hinge was fixed straight away (many thanks) so overall was a great stay 🙂

The front of house team were very helpful and assisted in anyway. Room was great ( I stayed 1 night ). Hotel was easy to get to from airport with parking out front . On site cafe is great - good selection . Reception area is unique and very relaxing . Would stay here again .
