It was great for me and my friend to stay while in Sydney, the only downside is the lack of cleaning necessities, I recommend getting a broom and pan for the rooms so the people staying can clean up abit, also the pans and cooking necessities were flimsy and the handle fell off, overall I will come again
The appartment is privately owned, so when I arrived at reception as per the instructions I learnt that I was at the right hotel, but I needed to collect the room key from a different hotel reception. This instructions was not supplied to me and I had to call the number provided and walk a few blocks to collect the key to the room. This would be handy to know prior to trying to book in, some clear instructions and the address should be given upon confirmation. The room was fine.
Gaining access to this unit was confusing, I had to go to another place to check in where the desk was unattended. When the staff member arrived he was grumpy that I had not seen his message sent while I was travelling. I then had to return to the property where I had to negotiate for a parking space with the on-site (Mantra) staff, who were reluctant to help. The unit was grubby and smelled of urine.
